Welcome to Lagguy Wallpapers (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Lagguy Wallpapers Android application (package name: com.lagguy.wallpapers), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Lagguy Wallpapers provides access to digital wallpapers for personal use only. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app

  • Abuse, distribute, or resell app content without permission

2. Account & Authentication

Some features may require you to sign in using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Lagguy Wallpapers may offer free and paid (Pro) content.

  • Payments are processed securely through Google Play

  • Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You can cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, designs, and app content are owned by Lagguy or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

You may:

  • Download wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use

  • Set wallpapers on your personal devices

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or modify wallpapers

  • Use wallpapers for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Claim ownership of the content

5. Permissions

The app may request access to device storage/media solely to allow users to save wallpapers locally. We do not access or collect personal files from your device.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services, including:

  • Google Firebase Analytics

  • RevenueCat

  • Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In

Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer

The app and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lagguy Wallpapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
